What is an Acidic Diet
As we are all living a fast paced life, trying to balance millions of things, the majority of people don't have time to plan a balance meal or even have the energy to cook. Therefore we turn to those dreaded take away, ready meals etc..
So what foods are part of an acidic diets? Well, meat, dairy, sweets these all increase the pH of our bodies to the acidic side of the range. PH ranges from 0-14 and we perform at our very best when we are just over 7 or pH neutral.
If we have an acidic diet and our body pH drops below 7 then we lose not only the natural balance and performance of body our cells but also our concentration and brain power. This causes us to live below performance in all aspects of life and if this progresses for too long it can lead to severe regenerative diseases and even cancer.
